How Vital Survival came into being:
It's a webcomic based off an idea I had, back in November 2003. I just started to draw it and pull it out of my head around December 2004, but the version shown here started at the beginning of July 2005.

I slightly remember that I was sitting in my period 2 English class, listening to the teacher. I was vaguely trying to remember how Kingdom Hearts' Sora was drawn, or his costume at least, from Kingdom Hearts 2 after seeing an oekaki at Aku-Tenshi's board. Not remembering it very well, the first image of Vital was born (on the back of an English note XD). And you don't want to see it. Trust me. His costume is a bit different, but the wing was there. Afterwards, I wrote a little introduction, although it's not the one used on the site. And so, seeing as Vital came from my faultly memory of KH, does VS resemble KH? Well, that's up to you, really.

Vital Survival is a people comic:
It's my term for saying that this comic revolves around people. There are no creatures of any sort as of now, not because I don't like them - I think they're awesome - but because I can't draw them. I'm trying to, but they're not spectacular. So, I'll stick to people for now, and my people drawings aren't very good either, but they're better than my creatures.

It is in manga style...
... because manga is the soon to be craze! haha, not. Or maybe it will be. Or maybe it is and I don't really know that. But I think manga is awesome. But the main webcomic is read from left-to-right, because the ink I currently use gets easily smeared with my drawing hand, so this way my pages won't be so smudged.

I create my comic pages by:
Using traditional methods of sketching in pencil and inking with pens that are filled with chinese ink. Also the random black marker/pen, and the ruler for straight lines. And those curvy plastic things to create good curved lines, although I like freehand better. Completely traditional, except for some necessary clean-up of the scans and the rare inversion. There will be very little usage of digital methods in my pages, and probably most gallery pictures too. I am experimenting with digital colouring and whatnot though, so there will be the rare (or maybe not so rare) CG from me.

There are other World Keys out there...
Yes, there are. They might be in your mind, and they might be in mine. Currently, I know of at least one other World Key that lies in existance. Who knows, maybe I'll be able to tell you about that World Key some day ;)
